Hi guys!! If you follow me on Instagram, you probably know that the amount of planes and cities I have traveled to in the last 6 months is almost incomprehensible.
Anyway, a few months ago, I began to struggle with keeping up my fitness routine while attending baseball games all over the country, and traveling for family commitments and fashion-related events. Any extra time I had on my hands was spent fighting jet-lag in order to unpack and repack for my next trip.
Basically, my fitness routine went completely out the window. Another issue with traveling for baseball games as much as I do, is that it results in a lot of sitting for extensive periods of time.
When trying to think of how I was able to maintain my fitness routine last year during baseball season, I remembered that what really helped me was taking Corepower Yoga Sculpt classes.
I decided to reincorporate yoga sculpt back into my fitness routine by researching Corepower studios across the country and attending classes before baseball games.
My efforts to attend Corepower Yoga Sculpt classes, regardless of what city I was in and continue to be in, has helped me achieve the same benefits and results that I experienced last year when I felt great about myself. Additionally, it has significantly reduced my neck and shoulder pain from sitting in a stationary position for long periods of time.
